    Shipping Policy

    We ship domestically. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment.Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay.

    PRE-SALE and PRE-ORDER

    All items marked "Pre-Sale" or "Pre-Order" are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 weeks of the stated date on the product description.

    Please note* if you have purchased non Pre-Sale items with your Pre-Sale order, all products will ship with your Pre-Sale items.

    U.S.

    Shipments within the US are estimated to take 3-6 business days in transit. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. B Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.

    International customers may choose from a range of shipping options with DHL and USPS Mail. International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available.     Duties and Taxes

    Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to B Essentials and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
