Return and Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from B Essentials, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Last-Call, Final Sales, Clearance

These products are priced at amazing prices but are very limited to service.

There’s no exchanges, store credit, and return will not be approved.

Return Conditions

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

No returns or exchanges on leggings, underwear, facemasks, shorts with liners, or socks.

All items with a ‘Final Sale’ notification are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on Final Sale items.

U.S. Returns and Exchanges

Please submit a return or exchange request to our email info@bessentials.co. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for a one time exchange request and if you need to return item(s) you will be responsible for the shipping cost. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-10 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product we will issue you store credit within 7-10 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.

Exchange Requests

At B Essentials we process exchanges a little differently than you may be used to. For all regular priced items, when we receive and process your exchange back at our warehouse, instead of sending you the item, we will immediately issue you store credit. Your instant store credit will be sent to your email so that you can place a new order for the new size, color or item you want to exchange. This gives you complete control of your exchange! 

International Returns and Exchanges

We are currently not supporting international sales yet. This portion will populate when we open service.

*Please note, if you use a forwarding shipping service to receive your order, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Standard (5-6 business days for orders placed by 10am PST):

  • $5.99 for guest orders under $75

Priority (3-4 business days for orders placed by 10am PST):

  • $8.99 upgrade option during check-out

  • Free for orders over $75

  • Shipping protection up to $50

Express (1-3 business days for orders placed by 10am PST):

  • $38 for guest orders

  • Shipping protection up to $100

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

  • Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive in 30-45 days.
